The Leafy Giant is a mob that spawns during the Big Day Event.
Spawning
Leafy Giants will spawn in the Taiga biome during the Big Day Event. They will despawn if the player gets too far away from them, or if the difficulty is set to Peaceful.
Leafy Giants can be spawned using /summon nevermine.LeafyGiant.
Drops
Leafy Giants will drop 32 Oak Leaves when killed. This can not be increased with the Looting enchantment.
They will also drop 3 XP orbs.
Behavior
Leafy Giants will pursue players that get within 16 blocks of one. They will always float on water, even if their target is beneath them.
Leafy Giants will run fast towards the player once spotted, but will slow down to walking speed once they get closer to the player. Upon contact, they will throw the player into the air, similar to the Tree Spirit, except a lot higher.
