Advent of Ascension adds Shyrestone to the available tool materials for Tinker's Construct when the integration is enabled in the Integrations Config and the mod is present.

Shyrestone is a metal material added by AoA that is the material representation of Shyrestone Ingots.
Like most metal materials, it can be obtained by smelting down Shyrestone items in the Smeltery, including Shyrestone Ore, Shyrestone Nuggets, and Shyrestone Blocks.
Molten Shyrestone[ | ]
Molten Shyrestone is the smelted down form of Shyrestone, with a base temperature of 360°c.
By default, the following items can be smelted down into Shyrestone:

Shyrestone has the following traits when on a tool:
Shyre Synthesis[ | ]
Like a plant in the sun
Prevents the tool from taking damage when in direct sunlight.When a tool with the Shyre Synthesis trait is used to hit a target, break a block, or is otherwise used, the tool will not take any durability loss if the user is in direct sunlight. This effect does not work between sunset and sunrise, or if the player does not have direct line of sight with the sky above them.
