Squasher is an aggressive melee mob that spawns in Gardencia.

Spawning[edit | edit source]

Squashers spawn in Gardencia naturally, and they can spawn at any light level

They will despawn if the player gets too far away from them, or if the difficulty is set to Peaceful.

Behavior[edit | edit source]

Squashers are melee mobs that will follow targets both on land and in water. They will initially attempt to avoid getting into the water where possible, but will go in if they find no other path to their target.

They are aggressive, and will attack nearby players. If attacked by another entity, they will retaliate and continue targeting that entity.

When in water they will regenerate 4 (Heart.png×2) per second, and when under rain will regenerate 2 (Heart.png×1) per second. When in contact with candied water, they will have their maximum health increased by 50 (Heart.png×25) and they will heal by a large amount.

Staying outside of their targeting range will prevent them from attacking or targeting entities.

Unique Abilities[edit | edit source]

Squashers have the ability to randomly jump high up into the air.
