|Skeletal Banner||14%(From Elite Mobs)|
The Skeletal Army is a boss in Precasia. The Skeletal Army can be spawned in a Skeletal Arena by using an Ancient Orb on a Army Block. The Skeletal Army is considered to be extremely dangerous, and is perhaps one of the longest fights in the mod. The Skeletal Army is unique in the sense that rather than a traditional boss fight, it is a boss that is fought in waves. For information on waves, see below. A player will only receive a boss reward upon defeating the final wave, which contains the creature Skeletron. It is possible for elite mobs to drop a banner.
The Skeletal Army is a very long boss fight and is far more dangerous than any other due to the amount of creatures that can be in the Skeletal Arena. Each wave gets progressively harder than the last. The next wave of creatures is spawned by defeating the Skeletal Elder that spawns with the round. This means it is possible for players to take the waves one by one, or attempt to rush through to the end. Although the Skeletal Army is extremely hard and grueling, the rewards are very profitable.
Warning: If you die at any time during the boss fight excluding the last wave, you will have to fight the army all over again. If you return to where you die and kill the Skele-elder it will restart you at round 1.

Strategies[edit | edit source]
It should be noted that only players with very good equipment should attempt the Skeletal Army. The Skeletal Army is incredibly difficult to do alone. It is recommended to fight the Skeletal Army with a group of players. If a player is fighting the army solo, extra precautions should be taken to be able to survive. It is recommended to bring several methods of healing for a solo attempt.
When fighting the Skeletal Army, players should highly consider bringing a Rejuvenation Staff. This will allow players to heal throughout the fight without the need of stacking healing potions. A Tablet of Regeneration is also extremely helpful due to the massively increased health regeneration.
It is advised that players bring equipment enchanted with projectile protection, in order to reduce the damage from the Skeleman. Due to the fact that there are no effects besides attack damage (no explosions, poison, fire etc.) it is recommended that players bring armor that will give them a tactical advantage, such as Speed Armor or Alacrity Armor.
For weaponry, it is recommended to bring melee weapons as well as range weapons. In the arena there are many good places to utilize a ranged weapon. Melee weapons should be brought because it is possible that a player will run out of ammunition during the fight. Weapons that hit multiple enemies are extremely helpful when fighting the Skeletal Army. The Show Staff does superb if the player focuses just on the Skele-Elder. The monsters rack up the damage output to sometimes 500 Full Hearts of damage, practically insta-killing every monster on the field.
Skele-Elder[edit | edit source]
One Skele-Elder spawns in every wave, and killing it will spawn the next wave, regardless of if the current wave has been defeated. Because of this, it is recommended to kill the Skele-Elder last unless the player has a very good AoE weapon.
Skelepigs[edit | edit source]
Skelepigs are the easiest mobs within the Skeletal Army. Skelepigs do not have any special features except for slightly enhanced movement speed. It is recommended to focus on the Skelepigs at the end of any wave, after all alternative creatures are dead.
Skele-Hoppers[edit | edit source]
Skele-Hoppers are the mid-difficulty creature in the Skeletal Army. Skele-Hoppers will jump around while dealing decent amounts of damage. Skele-Hoppers are a mid level priority and should only be focused when threatening a player.
Skeleman[edit | edit source]
Skelemen are the ranged creatures within the Skeletal Army. Skelemen are the most dangerous creatures in the army due to the fact that they can group up on a player and deal large amounts of damage from a distance, which can heavily damage the player's armor. Skelemen should be the top priority for being killed.
Skeletron[edit | edit source]
Skeletron is a very dangerous end wave boss. Although Skeletron does not possess any special abilities, Skeletron will melee you for a very large amount of damage. If the player is on hard mode, skeletron can easily kill a fully armored player in only 1 or 2 hits. If not properly equipped, this hit can easily kill a player alone. It is highly recommended to fight Skeletron with ranged attacks due to the fact he only uses melee attacks and lacks any form of protection against players shooting from a distance.
Skeletron has a 100% chance to drop his statue.
