The Reef Staff is a staff from L'Borean.
Obtaining[edit | edit source]
Mob Drops[edit | edit source]
The boss Dracyon has a 33% chance to drop the staff when defeated.
Information[edit | edit source]
When used, the Reef Staff will encase the player inside a 5x5 structure made of Orange Coral blocks, with air inside. The structure will disappear after 60 seconds.
The Reef Staff cannot be used in the Ancient Cavern or Immortallis.
In singleplayer worlds, if the player spawns a reef structure, then pauses the game, the 60 second time will still count down even while paused. If 60 or more seconds pass while paused, the structure will disappear instantly upon unpausing, unknown if intended.
Repairing[edit | edit source]
Reef Staves can be repaired in an anvil with Rosite Ingots, or at a Mending Table with Magic Mending Solution.
Two damaged Reef Staves can be crafted together, combining the durability of the two staves, plus an extra 5% durability.
Enchanting[edit | edit source]
The Reef Staff can be given the following enchantments:
- Archmage - reduces rune costs on staves by 1 rune per level. Will not make a staff go below 1 rune. Max level of III.
- Intervention - item is kept at death. Max level of I. This enchantment is single-use and disappears after taking effect.
- Mending - same as Vanilla.
- Unbreaking - same as Vanilla.
The Reef Staff can only be enchanted at an Anvil, Infusion Table or Divine Station.
