Crystevia is a cavernous dimension themed around crystals.

Overview[edit | edit source]

WARNING: Do not save and quit in this dimension. Due to a bug, doing so will cause the player to be dumped into the void upon returning to the Overworld.

Crystevia is almost the polar opposite of the Nether (in terms of its color scheme and absence of fire), and is filled to the brim with crystals that are used as both foliage and currency. It is relatively easy to enter and make progress in Crystevia, though players should not underestimate the mobs there. The Realmstone for Crystevia is dropped by Case Constructs, which spawns in the Deeplands, which is also comparatively easy to enter.

What to bring:[edit | edit source]

AlacrityArmorIcons.png LunarArmorIcons.png - It's very easy to fall off of a cliff when trying to get some of the minerals in Crystevia, whether if it'd be by someone shoving you off, or by your own fault. The Alacrity Armor set is more affordable, but the Lunar Armor should be brought if the full set is available due to its superior benefits.

Generation[edit | edit source]

Crystevia has a cave-based terrain generation similar to that of the Nether, though the presence of water and harmless crystals in place of fire and lava makes navigating Crystevia easier.

Survival Strategies[edit | edit source]

Crystevia mobs are generally not very dangerous for armored players, but there are a few things to watch out for.

  • The Construct of Terror is the most dangerous Crystevia mob. It fires projectiles that do quite a bit of damage, and fires them at a fast rate. What's more, their size and movement speed make them rather hard to hit. It is usually best to keep moving when in Crystevia as for the most part if you move continuously the Construct of Terror will miss.
  • The other dangerous thing about Crystevia is the fact that it has several high cliffs, which will almost certainly result in the player's death should said player fall off. Whereas no mobs in Crystevia have particularly high knockback, mobs like the Construct of Flight (which has a shorter cooldown time between hits, enabling it to knock the player back quickly) and the aformentioned Construct of Terror (which can knock players off from behind) need to be watched for.
  • The other constructs are generally not dangerous for players with Diamond Armor or better, as they are either slow moving or have low health.
