Information
When used, Confetti Cannon will shoot many colourful particles. These particles do no damage.
Statistics
The Confetti Cannon takes 1.88 seconds to fully 'unholster', the player must wait for the 'unholster time' to finish before being able to fire the blaster. In order to fire, the player must charge up the first shot by holding down the fire button for 0.5 seconds.
When used, it can fire at a rate of 2 shots per second. The player's movement speed is also reduced while firing.
