Dimensions[edit | edit source]

Many new dimensions have been proposed over the course of development.

2.5 Snapshot Dimensions[edit | edit source]

These are dimensions that currently exist in the 2.5 Snapshot. They are sorted in the table from most complete (top) to least complete (bottom).

The new developer, Tslat, has considered adding these dimensions in at some point.

Image Name Description
The Everland.png The Everland Main article: The Everland
The Everland is a dimension filled with black foliage and geometrical creatures. Out of all upcoming dimensions in the game, the Everland is the most complete one. The dimension's generation consist of large square black trees with colorful spots in the middle of them. There are also floating pieces of land in the Everland, as well as a seemingly random series of Ever Glass that crosses over above the dimension. If the player were to go above the Ever Glass, the player will die due to high atmospheric pressure. The Everland has its own mobs: however in the 2.5 snapshot the mobs are incomplete, most of them not having any drops, sounds or abilities. The Everland has a boss: Evercron, which can be spawned by taking a Bloodstone to its altar, found on a platform structure - the only structure that appears in the Everland.
Labricon.png Labricon Main article: Labricon
Labricon is a multi-level lab themed dimension. It is one of the most complex dimensions in the mod. The dimension's generation is divided between three layers: Eternal, Leveled and Darkin. The player is always spawned on the Eternal layer, with each layer getting harder as the player goes down. In the 2.5 snapshot, the generation is mostly complete however no mobs, items, or npcs can be found anywhere. There are three bosses that are planned for Labricon: Klokwerk, Pack and Exo. The mod developer has stated that Labricon has 100% been finished developed.
Playtopia.png Playtopia Main article: Playtopia
Playtopia is a toy-themed dimension. In the 2.5 snapshot, the only thing complete about the dimension is the generation, no mobs items, npcs or bosses exist. The dimension's generation takes place entirely inside an enclosed space, inside this space are trees made of building blocks, play lamps, and more. Mobs that have been revealed for the dimension are implied to all be living, evil toys. The dimension was going to have one boss: Cuddlehugs, an evil teddy bear which has multiple forms.
Ethereus.png Ethereus Main article: Ethereus
Ethereus is a ghost-themed dimension. In the 2.5 snapshot, the only thing complete about the dimension is the generation, no mobs items, npcs or bosses exist. The dimension's generation consists of tall, towering transparent pillars, complete with transparent plants and trees on top. The mobs of the dimension are implied to be all types of ghosts. The dimension was going to have one boss: Daemon.

Cyberzon[edit | edit source]

Cyberzon is a cyber-themed dimension. It was originally planned to be implemented not long after 2.7.

Little is known about Cyberzon, other than that it will have a boss called Retrocon.

Oshellus and Democron[edit | edit source]

Oshellus and Democron are two dimensions that are planned to be released side-by-side together in an update titled the Angles & Demons update. Oshellus is an angel dimension, while Democron is a demon dimension.

Xolova has stated that Oshellus is completely fleshed out, but Democron needed work in order to make it less like the Abyss.[1]

Frostica[edit | edit source]

An ice-themed dimension that was mentioned a few times. Almost nothing is known about it.

Other dimension ideas[edit | edit source]

Various other dimensions that have been named, but little is known about them.[1][2][3]

The new developer has stated that it is unlikely that any of these dimensions will be implemented.

Dimension Information
The Capricorn A jungle-dimension. The boss of this dimension is supposedly called "Aflora".
This dimension was originally in development for DivineRPG.[4]
Serevphos An Egyptian-themed dimension.
Arathon An infinite-city dimension.
Silentia A horror dimension.
Xolova stated that this dimension was an island dimension in-concept[5], with "giant apalachian like islands"[6]. The islands had "really tall cliffs down to water at the edges"[7]. There would have been "black water in between the islands"[8], and "large monsters in the water".[8]

Silentia may have included animated screen effects, playing with noises, and visuals.[5] The different islands would be plagued by "different darkness"[9]. The different darknesses potentially included "The dammed, the darkness, the shadows, the blood, and one other"[10].

The Blackwood A dimension that would mimic the Overworld, but it would be a much darker, eviler, alternate reality. Whatever the player built in the Overworld would appear in the dimension, and the player could not build there directly.[11][12]
Shawdor Described as "Very limited vision, dark". The player would be able to carry around a lantern for light. Creatures in the dimension would try and sneak up on the player, and lunge on the player. The terrain was normal with really tall trees (taller than Dustopia). The trees would have towns in them filled with undead people. Different color scheme than Dustopia.[13] Around the player, it was super clear, but faded into black fog.[14]
Outpost-X A minigame dimension with different wave minigames[15].
Zelgum Mines Originally was going to be implemented in 1.1, but was replaced with the Deeplands in the update, and put off until later.[16]
Xax A dimension with a very different style, kind of alien-spacey like but not really. Surreal. The Baumba, Refluct, Zorp, and Zarg were originally a part of Xax, before being moved to Lunalus.[17]
Originally was going to be implemented in 1.1, but was put off until later.[18]
Eternal Isle Confirmed to not be the final dimension.
Galactico A space dimension. Xolova mentioned possibly adding Star Wars references to it.
Neonon A dimension that was originally shown in a teaser, but later confirmed to be canceled[19]. Every block in the dimension would have been animated, which produced seizure-like results[20]. The concept of animated textures was moved to cyberzon[21], "where all the blocks had animated wires running through them" [22].
Steocrunk A steampunk dimension.[23]
Rockolla[24] A music dimension[25]. Xolova mentioned making a guitar mob[25], that different guitar notes upon taking a step[26], as well as flying music note enemies and possibly a trumpet mob in concept[26].
The Bazaar A mountainous dimension world with giant towns in-between them. The mountains had caves. At night, monsters would come from the caves to attack the town. If the player did duties for the city, and helped them protect, the villagers would give stuff to the player. This dimension was originally supposed to be in DivineRPG.[27]
Paragon Forest
Icaron
Viviletia
Darkmyre Faction
Krasaun's Cavern Judging by the name, may have been affiliated with Krasaun.
Selyanica Judging by the name, may have been affiliated with Selyan.
Luxonica Judging by the name, may have been affiliated with Luxon.
Erebonius Judging by the name, may have been affiliated with Erebon.
Plutonus Judging by the name, may have been affiliated with Pluton.
Etherworld
The Floodlands Was a minigame dimension.[28]
Tyfellenior The Eeo's home dimension. It would have been a peaceful dimension that served as the base for quests. Xolova's original plan for backstory: the dimension was destroyed by Erebon, but Krasaun arrived to save the Eeos and moved them to Mysterium. The old destroyed dimension is now the Vox Ponds.[29].[30].
Knight's Realm Was a minigame dimension.[28]
Hecreteia
Divinicus
Myeroscopia
The Sapphiros
Colisseus
The Davengard Was a pirate dimension.[31]
The Oasis Was a tropical island dimension. The water around the islands would have water creatures and krakens.[32]
Dungeon of Paralysis Was a minigame dimension.[28]
The Dark Haven A dark reskin of the Haven. The mobs here would have been more evil.[33]
The Abyss of Light Most likely a light version of the Abyss.
Miragia
Duskarus
Crawlodus Was a bug dimension.[34] The bugs in the dimension were giant, giving the impression that "you were the bug to them".[35]
Elementia
The Catacombs Was a minigame dimension.[28]
Eldercarne Chambers
Rotania
The Lunar Plane Was possibly going to be a layered dimension.[36]. This dimension would have possessed a gimmick where if the player moved east, for example, it would take them up a layer. The player would not be able to go back down a layer. Illusion-like.[37].
L'Boreallus An underwater dimension. This dimension was originally going to be implemented in DivineRPG.[38]
Trolltania
Vampyros
Uzeyr
The Void A dimension with an invisible ground.[39] Possibly would have been accessed by falling into the void.
The Arc of Ascension Was possibly going to be the final dimension, until Nevermine 3.[40]

Tools[edit | edit source]

No new tools have been planned at this time.

Mobs[edit | edit source]

During the course of development, many mobs have been shown/proposed.

Everland mobs[edit | edit source]

See also: Mobs#Everland mobs

Mobs for the planned Everland dimension were revealed on 24 October 2015.[41] These mobs exist in the 2.5 snapshot, but are incomplete, having no drops, abilities, or sounds. Most of them have the same stats.

When they were revealed, Xolova has labeled Bloger and Blockhead as spawning in a structure. However, in the 2.5 snapshot they spawn naturally.

Playtopia mobs[edit | edit source]

Mobs for the planned Playtopia dimension were revealed on 25 October 2015.[42] Unlike the Shyrelands and Everland mobs, these mobs do not exist in the 2.5 snapshot. What is known about the following mobs:

  • Jack in the Box will behave similar to Hiding/Living Fungi. They will appear as a box with a spinning handle that plays music until the player comes near. In that case, the Jack will leave the box and attack the player.[43]
  • Two of the mobs are confirmed to bounce.[44]

Upon being revealed, Xolova had labeled the Toy Soldier and Blockomaton as spawning in a structure, and the Builder Blocker as a rare mob[45].

Ethereus mobs[edit | edit source]

Mobs for the planned Ethereus dimension were never officially revealed, instead only being known through looking in the mod's files.

Dark Moon mobs[edit | edit source]

Mobs for the planned Dark Moon event were never officially revealed, instead only being known through looking in the mod's files.

Realmstone changes mobs[edit | edit source]

Due to the realmstone changes that were planned, new mobs were made. They were never officially revealed, and are only known through looking in the mod's files. Out of all of the unimplemented mobs in the mod's files, these mobs are the most complete:

  • Crop Monster - A mob that looks like an orange Flower Face. Drops the Gardencia Realmstone when defeated. The code for this mob is stored with the Overworld mobs.
  • Darkling - A mob that drop the Vox Ponds Realmstone when defeated. It inflicts Poison and Wither on hit. Judging by its code, it would most likely be a rare mob for Mysterium.

A third mob that was supposed to bring Crystevia to the Overworld was hinted at by Xolova, but no such mob exists in the mod's files.

Labricon mobs[edit | edit source]

Xolova has said that the Labricon mobs make up "a big list".[46]

In the 2.5 snapshot, there are three spawners in Labricon that are called "SpawnerIris", "SpawnerUnisaur", and "SpawnerAuctillian".

NPCs[edit | edit source]

35+ structures and NPCs were originally intended to be implemented in the combined 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 updates.[47]

In the 2.5 snapshot, one new NPCs exist in the game: the Dinosaur Breeder, which can only be seen by typing /summon nevermine.DinosaurBreeder.

Bosses[edit | edit source]

Image Boss Description
Cuddlehugs.png Cuddlehugs A supposed boss in Playtopia. Cuddlehugs is said to have a rampant form.
Daemon.png Daemon A supposed boss in Ethereus.
Evercron.png Evercron A boss in the Everland. Evercron can be fought in the 2.5 snapshot, by using a bloodstone on its evercron altar.
Klokwerk.png Klokwerk A boss for the eternal layer in Labricon.

Two other bosses for Labricon besides Klokwerk have been hinted at. Evidence in the mod's files seems to suggest the other two bosses may be called Pack(for the Leveled layer), and Exo (for the Darkin layer).

A boss called Aflora has been hinted at being a boss in the future Capricorn dimension. A boss called Retrocon has been hinted at being a boss in the future Cyberzon dimension. A boss called Necromancer has been hinted at as well.

Boss music[edit | edit source]

Other mobs[edit | edit source]

These are mobs that were shown in reveals but little is known about them.

Mob Description
Upcoming Mob.png One of the first mob reveals during the development of the 2.5 update.[48]
Upcoming Rock Creature.png A rock creature from an unknown place.

A list of mob names was released. The list consisted of all of the mobs that would have been added during the 2.5 update (back when the the 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 updates were one update), particularly mobs for the Everland, Playtopia, Ethereus and the Shyrelands. The following mobs were also on the list:

  • Radion
  • Executor
  • Ipolo
  • Magicyte
  • Coralacus
  • Water Wizard
  • Shadow Ancient
  • Hammerrock
  • Rock Wizard
  • Deceiver
  • Shadeus
