Archaic Armor is an armor set.
Information[ | ]
When a piece of Archaic armor is worn, the player will deal increased melee-type damage based on how much health they're currently missing. The amount of additional melee damage is directly proportional to the player's current health, maxing out at 18.75% per piece. E.G. at 50% health, the player's melee damage would be increased by 9.375%/18.75%/28.125%/37.5%- depending on how many pieces of Archaic armor are worn.
However, the player will also take increased damage from melee attacks when wearing a piece of Archaic armor. The amount of damage taken from melee is also directly proportional to the player's current health, maxing out at 16% more melee damage taken per piece. E.G. at 50% health, the player would take 8%/16%/24% more damage from melee attacks- depending on how many pieces of Archaic armor are worn.
Wearing a full set of Archaic armor will remove the downside of taking more melee damage.
